Senior Medical Writer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Medical Writer to join our client's Medical Communication Company. As a Senior Medical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and editing medical content for various clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical writing and will be able to manage multiple projects at once.

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Key Duties:

  • Develop and write a wide range of medical and scientific content, including manuscripts, posters, abstracts, slide decks, and digital media.

  • Review and edit medical and scientific content for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.

  • Ensure that all content is compliant with relevant guidelines and regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and key opinion leaders to develop and execute communication plans.

  • Attend scientific meetings and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.


  • A degree in life sciences or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in medical writing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
