Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated experienced Head of Quality to join their team in London & Greater London. 


As Head of Quality, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining the highest standards in quality management across all areas of our organisation, located in London & Greater London. Your duties will include creating policies and processes related to quality control, monitoring operations to ensure compliance with quality standards, investigating customer complaints, and analysing data and trends to recommend improvements. Additionally, you will oversee a team of quality assurance staff members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.


The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in quality assurance and management, as well as exceptional communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organisation.
